2. Driver Requirements

The driver must hold a valid driving license for at least one (1) year.

A valid ID or passport must be presented at vehicle collection.
3. Reservations & Payment

A 10% deposit is required to confirm a booking.

Online payments are securely processed through trusted third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal.

The remaining balance is payable at vehicle collection unless otherwise agreed.
We do not store full credit card details.
4. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 5 days before the scheduled pick-up date (full refund of deposit).

Cancellations made less than 5 days before pick-up result in loss of the deposit.
5. Insurance & Liability
The vehicle is provided with agreed insurance coverage.
However, insurance does not cover:

Damage to the underside/lower part of the vehicle

Damage caused by off-road driving

Damage caused by negligence or violation of traffic laws
-
Driving under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances
In such cases, the renter bears full financial responsibility.
6. Prohibited Use of Vehicle
The following are strictly prohibited:

Driving off-road

Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs

Use of the vehicle for illegal activities

Unauthorized drivers are not allowed to drive the vehicle
Violation of these terms voids insurance coverage.
7. Traffic Violations
The renter is fully responsible for any traffic fines, penalties, or legal violations incurred during the rental period.
8. Vehicle Return
- The vehicle must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered and with the same amount of fuel.
- The use of the vehicle must be based on the instructions of the manufacturer and Akallis Rent a Car staff.
